We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager for outbound dialer and campaign management with deep domain expertise in predictive, progressive, and preview dialing as well as revenue execution for list management, proactive omnichannel engagement, and compliant outreach. You will be responsible for marketing and evangelizing the value and ROI of targeted outbound campaigns for collections, sales, and support use cases. You will serve as the external "voice of the product," translating technical features into compelling customer benefits. You will craft compelling narratives that highlight differentiation, and work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to bring our innovations to life. Key Responsibilities: - Positioning and Messaging: Craft strategic messaging that differentiates us from competitors and targets contact center leaders, driving sales throughout the funnel for both prospects and customers. - Product Launches: Define and manage go-to-market strategy for our products, including messaging, positioning, launch planning, use cases, customer stories, sales enablement, and customer adoption. - Enablement: You'll partner with customer-facing teams to create impactful narratives, content, collateral, and training to drive
