People Operations Representative - Philippines We are hiring a People Operations Representative based in the Philippines to support our global employee population. This individual will be a key part of our Global People Operations team, working both front-line and “back-office” operations, ensuring high-quality execution of core HR processes and delivering a responsive, employee-centered experience. This role will report directly to the People Operations Manager based in the U.S. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across time zones in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with a passion for operational work and solving day-to-day employee issues. - Process employee lifecycle transactions, including new hires, job changes, and terminations. - Provide tier 1 support for employee inquiries related to HR policies, processes, and tools across supported regions. Escalate complex or advanced employee issues to appropriate partners or teams as needed. - Coordinate pre-hire onboarding steps and work authorization steps. - Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of employee records. - Support basic HR reporting needs. - Contribute to maintaining process documentation and driving consistency across
