To complement our rapid growth, we are actively looking for talented and experienced Net New Sales Representatives for our Commercial (Inside) Sales team. Five9 headquarters and Commercial Sales Team are located in San Ramon or San Francisco, California. Key Responsibilities - Nurture and follow up on warm leads (no cold calls) - Build and manage a sales pipeline - Manage sales opportunities through all stages of the sales cycle - Identify, qualify, and close prospects; overcome objections through consultative approach - Meet and exceed monthly sales KPI's (key performance indicators) and monthly quota - Track and manage opportunities in Salesforce.com CRM following standard Five9 internal sales process - Articulate company value proposition - Be the subject matter expert on all services and products offered by Five9 - Maintain a positive attitude and be a team player Key Qualifications - Minimum of 5+ years of experience in direct sales
