ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Founding Sales hire to join our team, focused on bringing Finto to enterprises across DACH. As part of the founding go-to-market team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how we sell, who we sell to, and how we grow. You'll work side-by-side with our CEO to build our sales motion from scratch - from first outbound message to signed contract. This isn't a role where you inherit a pipeline. You'll build it. Your conversations with CFOs and finance leads will directly shape our product and strategy - in real deals, at real companies.
