ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Founders Associate to work directly with our CEO and shape how Finto operates and grows. This is not a support role - you'll be in the room where decisions happen, own real projects, and move fast across GTM, operations, and hiring. You'll drive enterprise sales processes, build the operational backbone of a scaling company, and help us hire the team that takes Finto to the next level.
