REQUIRED CREDENTIALS - BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) - this is non-negotiable for clinical oversight - Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field 🌟 WHAT YOU'LL DO Lead with Purpose & Strategy - Provide support for school cases and our school team - Oversee a multidisciplinary team including BCBAs, Program Supervisors, RBTs, and operations staff across your region - Drive initiatives that elevate clinical integrity, streamline operations, and strengthen team support - Partner with leadership to ensure alignment, consistency, and strong outcomes across all locations - Adapt quickly to evolving needs and help shape the future of Finni's growth Empower & Develop Your Team - Mentor interns - Conduct regular 1:1 check-ins to coach, support, and stay connected with your team - Lead performance management efforts focused on growth, accountability, and success - Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing mentorship of
