About the Role The Production Operations Associate supports the full transcript production lifecycle-from pre-production preparation through post-production delivery. This role is responsible for preparing rough drafts, organizing source data, and ensuring that certified transcripts and supporting documents are complete, accurate, and delivered on time. You'll work closely with Transcription and Deposition Operations teams to keep production workflows efficient and reliable.
