We're looking for a Workplace Generalist to join our San Francisco hub and play a critical role in shaping an exceptional in-office experience for Figmates and visitors. As part of the Workplace team, you will ensure our space is welcoming, well-maintained, and operationally excellent. You'll support daily facilities operations, vendor partnerships, on-site events, and office programs that bring our culture to life. This role moves quickly and requires someone who brings sharp attention to detail, strong customer service instincts, and calm, organized thinking when priorities compete. You'll work closely with partners across the Workplace, People, Security, and IT teams, as well as with external vendors. This is a full-time, in-person role based in our San Francisco hub.
