Paid Social Associate New York City THE POSITION Our roster has an opening with your name on it FanDuel is looking for a Paid Social Media Associate to help support the in-house social team through campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting focusing on FanDuel Predicts and Flywheel Products. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in paid social or broader digital media, ideally within in-house media functions in high-paced, dynamic environments for industry leading brands. We're looking for a team player who is comfortable working with data and analytics and is interested in building their career in media buying. If you have a passion for sports, casino & betting and are a proven digital marketing leader, we'd love to hear from you. In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs. THE GAME PLAN Everyone on our team has a part to play - Support the planning, build, launch, and optimization of paid social campaigns across key platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, X). - Assist with campaign trafficking and QA, ensuring accuracy across ad specs, targeting, tracking, and creative setup. - Support ongoing creative, audience, and tactical testing across the funnel, helping implement test plans and document results. - Monitor campaign pacing and performance against core KPIs (e.g., CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate). - Assist in analyzing performance data and identifying insights to inform
