Role Overview We're looking for an IT Manager to own and scale our network, endpoint, and IT operations infrastructure. This role goes beyond maintenance - you will drive reliability, security, compliance, and operational excellence across the organization. You will be responsible for building robust, audit-ready systems, reducing manual toil through automation, and ensuring seamless IT experience at scale. What You'll Own Network & Infrastructure Reliability Own end-to-end network infrastructure: firewalls, switches, routers, and wireless Ensure high uptime via redundancy planning, VPN management, and ISP SLAs Monitor performance, logs, and alerts; proactively resolve issues Drive secure network architecture (segmentation, access control, Zero Trust principles Security & Compliance Manage enterprise firewall configurations (policy, NAT, VPNs) Own ISO 27001 readiness: controls, audits, SOPs,
