This role requires strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage complex, cross‑functional legal matters involving sensitive information. Primary responsibilities include the following: Provide case management and general paralegal support for employment and litigation matters, including agency and tribunal claims. Conduct legal and fact research; organize, analyze, and compile information; and draft memoranda and summaries to support legal advice. Handle subpoenas and requests for employment, payroll, and personnel records. Support discovery, including document gathering, evaluation and processing of discovery requests, and management of litigation holds. Develop, implement, and oversee complex and voluminous document production projects. Assist with hearing and trial preparation and with filing agency, tribunal, administrative, and court documents. Support internal investigations, including complaint intake and interviews of witnesses. Draft and maintain litigation status reports and case tracking documentation. Provide document support, including drafting, redlining, and proofreading legal documents and contracts.
