Job Summary The Corporate Development Landman plays a key role in the evaluation and execution of strategic growth initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), divestitures, joint ventures, farm‑ins/farm‑outs, and portfolio optimization efforts. This role combines deep land and title expertise with analytical skills to support corporate development decisions. The ideal candidate understands land, contracts, mineral ownership, leasehold positions, and regulatory frameworks, and can translate those insights into commercial implications for asset valuations and deal structuring.
