Our mission is to make sustainable renewable energy always available and almost free, enabling technological advancement while protecting our planet. We are looking for a hands-on Global Supply Manager with exceptional negotiation skills to establish and manage commercial relationships with contract manufacturers and strategic partners. In this role, you will own cost negotiations, supply planning, and risk management while driving cost reduction through operational efficiency and disciplined processes. You will be instrumental in executing projects that meet both product milestones and corporate goals. This role sits at the intersection of internal engineering teams and external manufacturing partners, requiring someone who can balance competing priorities to ensure successful product launches. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving environment, drives excellence across their own responsibilities and those of team members and partners, and communicates concisely and effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional peers alike. This employee will be based in Austin, TX, and will also work from our Miami headquarters as needed. Relocation is required, and relocation assistance will be provided.
