As the Director, Data Insights, you will be the primary bridge between our technical depth and our most critical business decisions. You aren't just managing data; you are managing influence . Your mission is to translate complex data signals into persuasive business narratives that change how our internal leaders and external partners operate. Key Responsibilities: - Executive Advisory: Serve as the "Data Voice" in the room for high-stakes meetings with C-suite executives and external stakeholders. You will defend findings, negotiate priorities, and provide real-time strategic counsel. - Narrative Design: Take the raw output from our data science and engineering teams and synthesize it into "Board-ready" presentations that drive multi-million dollar decisions. - Culture Transformation: Act as a change agent to move the organization from "data-aware" to "data-driven."
