About this role
Senior Contracts Administrator Washington, District of Columbia, United States Everlaw is expanding our high-performing Legal (Public Sector) team that drives and supports high-impact, cross-functional initiatives affecting our government clients. We are looking for a passionate, process-driven Senior Contracts Administrator with the skills to collaborate across disciplines, lead critical transformational projects, and help build a "center of excellence" for public sector contracting. Your contribution will help Everlaw continue to scale its growing public sector business. This is a full-time exempt position based in our Washington D.C. office with a hybrid work schedule: in office M/W/Th with the option to work from home Tu/Fr. In your role… This role manages FED and SLED government contracts from creation to closeout, ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations. You will serve as the primary guardian of Everlaw's General Services Administration (GSA) contract vehicles, managing acquisition, maintenance, and compliance, while supporting the award of other Master Service Agreements. Beyond the paperwork, you will actively search and audit our current contracts to generate compliance reports and take care of all vendor registrations
