What You'll Do Greet and check in scheduled guests upon arrival for their appointment slots Coordinate with assigned EV Consultants for seamless handoff for sales consultations and delivery pickups Ensure every guest receives a welcoming, professional, and efficient first impression Manage and maintain the daily schedule for test drives and vehicle deliveries Monitor showroom traffic and proactively communicate with the sales team to minimize wait times Confirm appointments and communicate any delays or changes in real time Facilitate final vehicle key hand-offs during delivery appointments Collect guest feedback on their delivery experience Educate customers on post-sale
