What You'll Do Perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on electric vehicles Handle high-voltage systems safely and according to OEM procedures Conduct reconditioning work to prepare vehicles for retail sale Diagnose battery, charging, drivetrain, and software-related issues Complete pre-purchase and post-reconditioning quality checks Document all work accurately in Ever's internal systems Collaborate closely with operations, logistics, and inventory teams Ensure all vehicles meet Ever's quality and safety standards Stay current on EV technology and manufacturer service updates Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace Qualifications & Fit 2-7+
