Job Description: Overall Objectives: To lead and grow the Genomics oligonucleotide manufacturing and Sequencing operations for Eurofins Genomic business in the US with full P&L responsibility. Responsibilities : Oversees, directs, coordinates and prioritizes the daily activities of the oligonucleotide production , Sequencing Lab and the assigned staff (60+ FTE). Responsible for facilities and equipment maintenance department as well as Engineering team. Hire, motivate, develop and retain excellent staff and manager under duty and make sure the essential training schedule is followed. Works very closely
