Job Description: The Client and Lab Support Specialist ensures efficient and accurate running of a fast-paced laboratory tasks, including sample receipt/processing, bottle kit orders completion, interaction with clients, and the review and submittal of reporting. This position will require a high level of focus, detail-oriented accuracy and the ability to multitask. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Greet/Welcome Walk-In Customers Monitor and Respond to Customer Requests Answer Phones and Screen Incoming calls for management Direct Lab Inquires to Lab Administrative Support to Managers/Supervisors/Sales Assist in Planning Staff Meetings/Birthday Celebrations Monitor office and kitchen supply inventory Laboratory Operations Perform Work Functions and Keep Records as per Approved SOP's and/or Laboratory Policies Receive/Login Samples Manually creates bottle order kit request from Sales or Client Relationship Executives Generate Sample
