Job Description: The Lead Analytical Scientist - Chromatography will serve as a technical subject matter expert supporting chromatographic method development, optimization, and routine testing at a client site. This role emphasizes hands‑on laboratory work, technical leadership, and collaboration within a cross‑functional team, with a strong focus on HPLC‑ and UPLC‑based techniques for protein and antibody characterization. Key Responsibilities Perform routine analytical assays with a high level of accuracy and compliance Lead development, optimization, and troubleshooting of chromatographic methods Design and execute novel separation and identification assays Perform separation, characterization, and identification of proteins and antibodies using HPLC, UPLC, cIEF, BioA/GX, and related techniques Develop chromatography methods including: Size Exclusion Affinity Reverse Phase Normal Phase Ion Exchange Hydrophobic Interaction Utilize DAD and FLD detectors to support
