Job Summary Technical Recruiter - Entry Level This role is for someone early in their career who is hungry to learn and ready to take ownership. You'll be mentored by experienced recruiters and work closely with hiring managers and leadership but you'll also have your own roles to run and candidates to find. The learning curve is real, and so is the role and your responsibility. Key Responsibilities - Own your own requisitions end-to-end - sourcing, screening, coordinating, closing - Hunt candidates in places most recruiters never look: GitHub, arXiv preprints, Apache mailing lists, niche Discord servers, conference speaker lists or phd scraping - Run structured interview coordination and lead candidate debriefs alongside hiring managers - Work directly with the lead recruiters on offer strategy and closing - Help us build our recruiting systems and processes from the ground up - your fingerprints will be on how we hire You may be a good fit if you have (Must-have qualifications)
