PLM Architect San Jose, CA, United States About Etched Etched is building the world's first AI inference system purpose-built for transformers - delivering over 10x higher performance and dramatically lower cost and latency than a B200. We're looking for someone who is pragmatic, not dogmatic-comfortable applying best practices thoughtfully rather than rigidly. You're flexible, easy to work with, and bring a low-ego, collaborative approach. You think long-term but know how to keep momentum, and you're comfortable operating in ambiguity and evolving priorities. You're willing to challenge assumptions when needed, while still driving decisions forward.
