Job Summary We're looking for a dedicated FP&A Associate to own our internal financial planning engine. This is a pure FP&A role-100% internally focused with zero external deal work. You'll be the person leadership turns to when they need budgets built, forecasts sharpened, and financial models that actually drive decisions. If you thrive on bringing order to complexity, moving fast when stakes are high, and building financial infrastructure from scratch at a deep tech startup, this role was made for you. Key Responsibilities - Financial Planning & Budgeting: Run end-to-end budgeting and planning cycles. Own the annual budget process, quarterly reforecasts, and rolling financial plans that keep leadership aligned on where the business is heading. - Financial Modeling: Build, maintain, and continuously improve Excel-based financial models. Develop forward-looking forecasts-not just historical analysis-that inform strategic decisions across the company. - Data & Systems: Analyze and maintain financial data systems.
