Job Summary The Core Operations team tackles critical challenges across the organization and works directly with our leadership team. We are looking for Fall '26, Spring '27, and Summer '27 interns. This role requires business acumen, analytical skills, strong interpersonal skills, and ownership of high-priority initiatives. While your focus will shift over time, you will be working on the most important problems of today. It will be fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and offer opportunities to take on greater responsibilities while helping shape our company's direction. Key responsibilities - Support the execution of high-priority, high-scope projects, ensuring measurable outcomes that align with the company's objectives. - Assist in preparing strategic insights and actionable recommendations to the leadership team through rigorous data analysis, identifying process gaps, and driving performance improvements across the business. - Work cross-functionally between the executive team and departments across the organization to track progress and ensure timely, high-quality execution of key projects. - Work with leadership to set and track key
