Technical Account Manager | AI AppSec NYC Office | Hybrid | Remote As a Technical Account Manager at Escape, you become the primary point of contact and trusted partner for customers Post-Sales, owning the relationship and driving their long-term success with our platform. You'll collaborate closely with Sales Engineers during handover and work alongside Product and Engineering teams throughout the customer lifecycle. If you have a strong technical background and are passionate about building lasting customer relationships, this role is for you! YOUR IMPACT You will ensure customers: - Own the post-POC journey: Guide deployment, configuration, and integrations for smooth adoption. - Deeply adopt Escape: Embed our platform across security, engineering, and product teams. Use Python scripting and automation to optimize workflows and solve challenges. - Succeed long-term: Build trusted partnerships that drive renewals, expansion, and advocacy. WHAT YOU'LL DO Lead Post-Sales Onboarding & Rollout - Take ownership after POCs, guiding customers through production deployment, configuration, and integration including automation with Python scripting where needed. Manage Long-Term Customer Relationships - Be the trusted technical partner for security, engineering, and product teams. - Manage renewals and expansions in partnership with Sales. Drive Adoption & Value - Monitor platform usage, adoption, and security impact. - Proactively identify risks, opportunities, and paths to deeper engagement. Act as the Post-Sales Technical Expert - Answer technical questions, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Engineering on escalations. - Ensure smooth production operations for customers. Provide Technical Guidance and Automation Support - Assist with integrations, scripting, and automation
