We're hiring a Telecommunications Administrator at our Corporate Headquarters in Columbia, MO , and we're looking for someone who's ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. EquipmentShare is searching for a Telecommunications Administrator for our Corporate office in Columbia MO to help us deploy and maintain our telecommunications infrastructure with an emphasis on Webex Calling and Webex Contact Center administration. Primary Responsibilities - Administer, deploy, monitor and maintain EquipmentShare's VOIP telephony systems nationwide - Work effectively with 3rd party vendors and contractors to deploy/troubleshoot new and existing systems - Provide excellent customer service to our staff/internal teams to efficiently solve problems - Provide tier 2 technical support as issues arise with the ability to be on call/work after-hours when necessary and/or as requested - Manage life cycle of hardware deployments, unified communication applications, migrations, etc. for all locations - Professional and detailed documentation of all existing and new environments - Help maintain data and voice networks by troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance -
