We're hiring a Property Transaction & Closing Specialist to work remotely out of our Corporate Headquarters in Columbia, MO and we're looking for someone who's ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. The Property Transaction & Closing Specialist advises on real estate site selection, transaction structure, and due diligence (zoning, title, survey, environmental) for new branch openings. This role reviews Title Insurance Documents, leads commercial closings (purchases, sales, leases, sale-leasebacks, acquisitions), and summarizes diligence documents (Environmental Assessments, Surveys, Zoning reports), identifying investigation needs. The specialist interfaces with internal teams, outside counsel, and closing agents, and is responsible for managing and improving real estate and legal department procedures. Primary Responsibilities Duties/Responsibilities : - Provides advice and counsel related to real estate site selection, transaction structure, due diligence (including zoning, title, survey, and environmental review), and real estate documents related to new branch opening activities. - Review all aspects of Title Insurance Documents and deal directly with the Title Insurance
