We're hiring an Internal Audit Senior at our Corporate Headquarters in Columbia, MO and we're looking for someone who's ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. The Senior Internal Auditor is responsible for executing and supporting EquipmentShare's initial Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) implementation and continuous control environment evolution, as well as other risk-based internal audits. This role evaluates the effectiveness of governance, risk management, and control processes across operational, financial, and compliance areas. The Senior Internal Auditor will perform control walkthroughs and testing, document findings, and partner with business leaders to share remediation requirements and help develop practical, value-added improvements. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication skills to be able to work effectively with stakeholders throughout the organization, upholds strong professional skepticism, and is looking to contribute to a rapidly growing organization.
