We're hiring a Financial Systems Administrator III at our Corporate Headquarters in Columbia, MO and we're looking for someone who's ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. This position is fully remote. EquipmentShare is seeking a detail-oriented, experienced Financial Systems Administrator III to support and enhance financial systems and processes. This role is responsible for administering EquipmentShare's proprietary T3 applications and related financial platforms, including Sage Intacct, while partnering closely with Finance, Operations, and IT. Primary Responsibilities - Administer user accounts, roles, permissions, and access levels within T3 applications, Sage Intacct, and related financial systems. - Manage and assist in automating user onboarding, offboarding, and access changes, ensuring timely and accurate provisioning in alignment with business needs and internal controls. - Maintain and support role-based security structures, approval paths, user groups, and other access-related system configurations. - Review, troubleshoot, and resolve user access issues, security conflicts, and permission-related system problems, serving as an escalation point for more complex cases. -
