We're hiring a Commissions Analyst at our Corporate Headquarters in Columbia, MO , and we're looking for someone who's ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. This position is fully remote. The Commissions Analyst supports the technical implementation and ongoing administration of EquipmentShare's sales commission programs. This role translates commission plan structures into code and helps maintain the data pipelines and systems that power commission calculations. The Commissions Analyst partners closely with the commissions team, compensation team, payroll team, and sales leadership to implement commission plan changes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the accurate execution of incentive programs. This role also collaborates with People Analytics, Business Analytics, and Human Resources stakeholders to continuously improve commission processes and reporting.
