This is a project-based opportunity, with an expected end date of December 30, 2026, based on current business needs* Bailiwick is seeking an experienced Associate Project Manager to help contribute to our ongoing success and growth. The Associate Project Manager will be involved with supporting projects. The key responsibility of this role is to support Vendor Partners on site performing services by making status calls or by taking calls and being the first level for escalations. This role will be tasked with thoroughly documenting and/or overseeing site status while Technicians are on site, along with reviewing deliverables prior to releasing the Technicians. This position will need to ensure all status communications are handed off to the Project Manager each day. Overall, this role will work on a wide range of activities related to project success. This role will assist in process, documentation, and help drive improvements and efficiencies. This position will work with Project Managers as well as other departments to document and accurately provide project statuses. Lastly, this role will attend project
