Job Summary Epirus is seeking a Technical Trainer to develop and deliver high-‑quality training programs and technical documentation for our products and services. In this midlevel role, you will write operations and maintenance manuals, create engaging curriculum and learning content, and provide instructor-led‑training to customers. You will work closely with engineers, developers, and SMEs to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with program and requirements. This position is ideal for someone with strong technical writing and training experience who enjoys translating complex material into practical, user-friendly learning resources. Responsibilities - Contribute to the design and development of customer training programs and support plans across on‑site and virtual formats. - Create and maintain training materials, technical documentation, lesson plans, and multimedia learning assets using modern tools and technologies. - Author, edit, and update technical manuals (IETMs, user guides, service manuals) and learning materials for diverse audiences. - Develop learning paths aligned with instructional system design (ISD) practices and customer requirements under the guidance of senior team members. - Deliver and coordinate instructor-led‑ technical training, including classroom instruction, maintenance tasks, system operations, troubleshooting, and sustainment activities. - Support New Equipment Training (NET) efforts and assist in developing and maintaining an internal instructor certification
