Job Summary: Epirus is seeking an experienced Senior ERP Solutions Engineer, Operations to join our Enterprise Solutions team. This role will partner closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Field Service, Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to design, build, and support scalable ERP solutions that enable core operational processes. This role will focus on ERP-enabled operations across areas such as planning, procurement, receiving, inventory, manufacturing execution, quality, and sustainment. The ideal candidate will bring strong functional understanding of operational business processes, hands-on ERP systems experience, and the technical ability to design reports and build automations using SaaS-based enterprise tools. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in a fast-paced, agile business environment working cross-functionally with teams throughout the business to understand requirements and design solutions. Responsibilities: - Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Field Service, Finance, Accounting, and IT stakeholders to understand business needs, document requirements, and design scalable ERP solutions. - Support and enhance ERP-enabled operational processes, including planning, procurement, inventory, manufacturing execution, quality, service logistics, and project-driven supply chain. - Understand end-to-end ERP transaction flows and upstream/downstream impacts across operations, finance, manufacturing, supply chain, and external systems. - Identify process gaps, system limitations, recurring
