As a People Operations Systems Lead , you will be the architect behind Epidemic Sound's HR tech ecosystem, owning the systems, automation strategy, analytics, reporting and data foundation that power our People & Culture function. Your role is to transform manual processes into scalable, automated workflows and put people data at the heart of every decision. By building connected systems and intelligent automation, you directly scale the impact of our People Operations team and enable the business to move faster. You will report to the Director of People Operations and work closely with colleagues across P&C, IT, and the broader business. This is a hands-on builder role. Your key responsibilities include: Operating with an AI-first mindset, you will leverage AI, agents and technical logic to: - Own the HRIS and the broader HR tech ecosystem, serving as the primary system owner and superuser to ensure all platforms are connected and data flows with minimal manual intervention. - Continuously optimize, automate and scale People
