A job that inspires you: Lead the Expert Team IT Service Excellence, facilitating bi-weekly meetings to identify and drive common solutions across all Energy Networks entities Identify relevant topics internally and externally (e.g., User Centricity, Service Management, Cyber Security, User Communication, ITSCM) and bring them into the expert team in a structured way Prepare topics together with subject matter experts to enable informed, group-wide standard decisions Moderate discussions and steer decision-making processes towards clear, implementable outcomes Drive the definition and adoption of standardized approaches and solutions across multiple entities Own end-to-end stakeholder communication before and after decisions to ensure alignment and successful implementation across the organizations Act as a central interface between business, IT, and international stakeholders Lead and coordinate cr
