What you'll do The IT Systems Specialist is a key member of the IT Infrastructure team, responsible for the administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of core IT systems supporting end-user devices, identity, and enterprise applications. This is a hands-on role focused on maintaining secure, reliable, and efficient IT platforms across the Microsoft ecosystem and related tooling. The role requires strong technical expertise, a proactive approach to system management, and effective troubleshooting skills. Key Responsibilities System Administration and Maintenance: - Administer and maintain core IT systems, including: - Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) for identity and access management. - Microsoft Intune and JAMF for device management. - Microsoft Office 365 suite, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and related tools. -
