In this role, you will drive performance, ensure safety, and lead a team dedicated to powering communities with renewable energy. Your expertise will directly contribute to our mission of a carbon-neutral world. What You'll Do - Oversee operations and maintenance across multiple solar plants within the state, ensuring safety and statutory compliance with company policies and procedures. - Deliver performance KPIs for all plants by monitoring output, availability, and efficiency metrics. - Manage vendor relationships, including invoice processing, payment recommendations, and contract compliance. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring timely communication and service excellence. - Lead site administration, local liaison activities, and implementation of robust safety management systems. - Prepare annual budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure adherence to approved financial targets. - Manage inventory and ensure timely compliance with preventive and predictive maintenance schedules and contractual obligations.
