As Lead - Project Development (Land & Connectivity), you will play a pivotal role in turning ambitious energy goals into reality. You will drive land acquisition, secure grid connectivity, and bring renewable projects from concept to construction-ready stage. Your work directly powers India's clean energy future. What You'll Do - Lead end-to-end project development for solar, wind, hybrid, and BESS projects across key Indian states. - Identify, evaluate, and secure land parcels through greenfield development and portfolio acquisitions. - Drive connectivity strategy by obtaining CTU/STU approvals aligned with business plans. - Negotiate project acquisition agreements and co-development partnerships with developers and partners. - Manage technical, financial, and legal due diligence with internal teams and external advisors. - Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, landowners, and government authorities. - Ensure full compliance with land laws, regulatory frameworks, and company ethics standards. What You Bring - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field. - 15+ years of experience in renewable energy project development in Indi
