About this role
Health and Safety Analyst I Country United States What You Can Expect As the Health &Safety, Environmental & Operations Analyst you will acts as the central data manager in support of the Health & Safety and Environmental compliance teams as they implement the HSE strategic objectives for ENGIE North America. You will also play a key role in generating reports and presentations to communicate program status to all levels within the organization. Serves in an administrative role for training programs and other support functions for the broader HSE team. In this role your key responsibilities everyday will be: Maintain a centralized HSE database, ensuring timely and accurate submission of compliance evidence, incident reports, and leading/lagging metrics through designated points of contact across sub-entities. Validate and analyze collected data to produce high-quality reporting outputs, including KPIs, Bird Triangle, causal factors, and performance indicators. Generate routine and ad hoc reports, manage report reviews, ensure on-time submission, and maintain a comprehensive reporting archive. Monitor reporting systems (Maximo, Procore, Scoops, Observation) for incidents, coordinate responses with H&S teams for critical events, and prepare weekly incident review summaries. Support the integration and optimization of HSE databases and reporting platforms, while managing data input into ENGIE corporate systems and tracking training records (e.g., GPI Learn).
