For the European Maintenance Support (EMS) department, responsible for executing specialized maintenance activities in different powerplants in Belgium and Europe , we are currently looking for an Engineer Pumps and Valves (M/F/X). YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES as Engineer Pumps and Valves Technical Leadership: Identify and analyse incidents or non-conformities during outages, conduct root-cause analyses, and define and implement effective corrective and preventive actions. Long-Term Maintenance Strategy: Develop a long-term strategy for the main pumps & valves and play a key role in the scoping, preparation and consolidation of outage maintenance projects. Field Assessment: Perform fact finding and condition assessment missions on-site and in supplier workshops. Improvement Projects : Initiate and implement improvement projects based on return-on-experience, technical-financial analyses (business case) and assist in negotiating contracts.
