Business Ops Analyst II Business Control Analyst II (Renewables Flex Power) Country United States What You Can Expect The Business Control Analyst II will support a broad range of business controlling and operational activities across ENGIE North America's utility-scale wind, solar, and storage portfolio within the Renewables Flex Power business unit. This role contributes to key processes across project development, construction, and asset operations, while ensuring financial and business operational data is accurately captured and communicated. In this role, you will support and help maintain budget control processes, assist with accounting reviews and issue resolution, contribute to SAP and Coupa project management controls, and participate in routine OpEx and CapEx reporting and analysis. You will work with corporate functions including Accounting, AP, Treasury, IT, FP&A, Procurement, and AIFA to support effective business processes and help resolve operational issues. You will also work closely with cross‑functional teams in Project Development, Project Delivery, and Operations/Asset Management, providing analytical and operational support to managers, directors, and vice presidents across these groups. This role offers exposure to complex renewable energy projects and opportunities to further develop technical, analytical, and business partnering skills within a collaborative environment.
