Business Analyst II HQ - San Diego, CA Axos Bank Target Range: $70,304.00/Yr. - $77,497.00/Yr. About This Job The Business Analyst II partners with cross‑functional teams to improve business processes, enhance data accuracy, and support data‑driven decision‑making. This role translates business needs into actionable insights by gathering requirements, performing analysis, and delivering reporting that drives operational and marketing effectiveness. The position will focus heavily on email marketing data operations, including building and executing marketing/promotional and servicing/transactional email list pulls. The analyst will also support Paid and Affiliate Marketing initiatives through recurring performance reporting, month‑end invoice reconciliation, ad hoc SQL analysis, and the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of Tableau dashboards. Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for new initiatives, enhancements, and system integrations Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track project progress Collaborate with project managers, IT professionals, and other stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables Document business processes, system requirements, and user manuals to ensure clear understanding and support ongoing maintenance Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics) or 5+ years of
