Context & Role Purpose ENGIE is accelerating the deployment of decentralized flexibility solutions for B2B clients across Europe, supported by the creation of Flex Hub designed to centralize expertise and digital capabilities. These Flex Hub aim to industrialize the management of behind-the-meter assets and optimize value creation across multiple markets and clients. The Business Developer Europe plays a key role in structuring and scaling these solutions, with a strong focus on behind-the-meter BESS and industrial demand-side management (DSM). 2. Missions & Responsibilities A. Commercial Development - Large Industrial Prospect and qualify large industrial and with significant energy footprints, often operating across multiple European countries. Identify client needs related to flexibility use cases: BESS behind the meter, DSM and potentially EV smart charging and PV optimization. Build tailored commercial proposals including technical sizing, business models, value sharing mechanisms and profitability analysis. Lead end-to-end commercial processes Negotiate and close complex commercial agreements such as flexibility revenue sharing, performance-based contracts, or storage services. B.
