You'll own key systems at the intersection of geometry, optimization, and MEP; shaping architecture and engineering practices as we scale. We're looking for people who care deeply about their craft, take ownership of complex problems, push us to think bigger, and are driven to create something with lasting impact. What we're looking for - 5+ years of experience in modern C++ developing complex systems, with strong proficiency in Python. - Skills within backend architecture, system design, memory management, and interoperability between C++ and Python. - Experience with cloud infrastructure, API design, CAD/BIM is considered a plus. - Demonstrates a mindset characterized by ownership, efficiency, and clear communication. - Strives to maintain a balance between technical excellence and pragmatism, selecting solutions that effectively address current problems without introducing unnecessary complexity. - Fluent in English.
