Location: This position is located in San Jose Insurgentes, CDMX. The Regional Procurement Manager leads regional procurement planning and execution for major capital projects, and/or segments of Eastman's global capital project portfolio. The objective of the capital procurement manager is to optimize cost, schedule, and quality parameters to meet or exceed the project objectives, as well as demonstrate incremental value through negotiated cost savings, enhanced optionality, and reduced risks. Key Responsibilities • Lead the development of the capital procurement management plan, including strategy definition, bidding processes, contracting, and execution alignment. • Identify critical-path goods and service requirements and viable alternatives. • Guide project teams in executing commercial strategies and selecting engineering and construction partners.
