Director, Ecosystem Development + Communications Watertown, Massachusetts, United States The Role Director, Ecosystem Development & Communications . A systems-minded ecosystem builder who knows how to turn vision into durable infrastructure, scaling communities, flagship convenings, and strategic partnerships into high-impact platforms. This role is for a leader eager to expand the genetic agency movement, amplifying Dyno's influence while growing a sustainable, science-forward ecosystem at the forefront of gene therapy. Job Type: Full Time Location: Watertown, MA How You Will Contribute As Director, Ecosystem Development & Communications you will be responsible for building and scaling the movement of genetic agency, an individual's ability to take action at the genetic level to live a healthier life , and GATC ( see highlights from our inaugural GATC) into a sustainable, high-impact, “can't miss” series of convenings and community infrastructure. You will also integrate and execute Dyno's external communications across partnerships, executives, and strategic initiatives to amplify impact. At Dyno, every role is mission-driven. Whether in science, engineering, operations, or business, each AAViator contributes to solving some of the most complex challenges in genetic medicine. Responsibilities: - Lead and execute Dyno's genetic agency ecosystem strategy, translating vision into structured programming and measurable growth. - Scale GATC into a high-impact, fiscally sustainable event series with increasing participation, repeat attendance, and diversity of organizations. - Design and deliver participatory ecosystem experiences that create meaningful engagement and long-term community retention. - Partner with Dyno executives to embed company priorities into ecosystem initiatives and external programming. - Build and
