About the role We're looking for a Senior Community Manager who is equal parts strategist, builder, and hands-on operator. This is a unique opportunity to shape how millions of learners engage with Duolingo, not just today, but for years to come. You will work hand-in-hand with the Head of Community to craft and build the community function from scratch. You'll bring creative ideas, help define structure and best practices, and co-create a vision for what a high-impact, high-delight global community looks like at Duolingo. At the same time, you will own and lead the day-to-day engagement across our community channels . You'll be the front line of how we show up with learners, moderators, superfans, and ambassadors - cultivating joy, trust, safety, and belonging through every interaction.
