About the Role : Our Customer Experience team is seeking a Senior Field Operations Engineer to support the planning, deployment, and optimization of the Dragos Platform within customer industrial environments. In this role, you'll work hands-on in the field and remotely to implement and support solutions across power plants, refineries, substations, and other critical infrastructure environments. You will take ownership of deployments of moderate complexity while collaborating with senior engineers on more advanced architectures. This is an opportunity to deepen your ICS/OT cybersecurity expertise while making a measurable impact on customer security posture.
