About the Role : Quote-to-Order Systems Manager at Dragos will serve as a core member of the GTM Business team, owning the Salesforce CPQ platform and driving end-to-end Quote-to-Order (Q2O) process excellence. This role goes beyond standard administration - it requires designing scalable process automation, reducing manual friction across the revenue cycle, and leveraging AI-powered tools to improve speed, accuracy, and efficiency across the quoting and order workflow. Responsibilities : - Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the Dragos Salesforce CPQ instance including product bundles, price rules, discount structures, approval workflows, and quote templates. - Serve as the internal subject matter expert for Salesforce CPQ and Q2O processes, providing guidance and support to stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and Operations. - Troubleshoot and resolve any errors or issues that occur with existing Salesforce or CPQ functionality. - Partner with CPQ stakeholders to
