About the Role : Our Customer Experience team is seeking a Resident Engineer who will partner with one of our customers in Houston. In this role, you will serve as an onsite, customer-facing technical expert responsible for planning, deploying, and optimizing the Dragos Platform within the customer's industrial environment. You will work hands-on at customer facilities to install the platform, tune it to their operational needs, and ensure reliable security coverage across their ICS/OT systems. Serving as a trusted technical partner, you'll guide customers through deployment, troubleshooting, and ongoing platform adoption, enabling them to strengthen and sustain the security of their critical infrastructure.
